Part-Time Debt Collectors

Reputable law firm located in downtown Norfolk is seeking Part-Time Collectors to join their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

________________________________________

• Receive inbound calls from debtors
• Place outbound calls to encourage payment in full or through voluntary pay arrangements
• Perform follow up on monthly payments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

________________________________________

• 2+ years collections experience including skip tracing

• Ability to read and decipher a credit report

• Bilingual candidates are a plus

• Ability to work independently
